Forage the forest floor to identify indigenous plants, and weave a cedar basket to harvest salmon berries. Learn to tie knots. We’ll share native Coast Salish stories, hunt for signs of animal tracks, play a lion hunting game, and create found object animal sculptures. Students will discover and draw a Barred Owl habitat, and make a Biome Terrarium. (Ages 6-9), and (Ages 10-14). Monday- Thursday, June 21-June 24, 10:00-3:00. Cost: $150 per day, or $540 per week (all materials included) Full payment is required in advance to reserve your child's place. Cost is per child. We are seeking a minimum 4 student enrollment to hold this camp. Please email us if other dates work best with your busy summer schedule.
