It is a group program for women and men who want to create healthy lifestyle habits, recreate their relationship with food and reclaim their passion and purpose in life. This program is for all individuals and parents who nurture and care for others, often at their own expense. It teaches you to learn to listen to your body's signals and feel empowered in your life overall.
What does this program look like? It will be 10 weeks total: 2 weeks of setting Ayurvedic lifestyle foundations, 6 weeks of a guided weight release phase, then 2 weeks of a maintenance-rejuvenation phase. You will receive a detailed program manual, journal and recipe book and welcome kit. You will also get 3 - 30 minute Metabolic Calls with Sarah during the program. You will have access to Sarah via a messaging app. There is a private, optional online group where members can stay connected and share progress. Sarah has created detailed online modules that will guide you on this journey.
