AMERICAN PASTIME (2007) 1H45M
This drama is set in the Topaz War Relocation Center, a Utah prison camp which held thousands of Japanese Americans during the World War II mass incarcerations. Based on true events, the film depicts life inside the camps, where baseball was one of the major diversions from the realities of unjust imprisonment.

Producer Kerry Yo Nakagawa will be joining us for smARTfilm Club’s post-series forum on March 30, 7:00 PM
