Something Fun with AHB

Presented by Arts & Humanities Bainbridge at Somewhere Fun!

The 2021 AHB Fundraiser is canceled for the safety of our community

While it was a difficult decision, the Arts & Humanities Bainbridge Board of Directors decided to cancel its annual fundraiser events, which were scheduled for September 17-19, 2021. We canceled because we care about your safety and wellbeing in face of the alarming surge of the Delta coronavirus variant in our county.

We are hoping to hold the event in 2022. Your support helps to fuel our mission. For those of our supporters who have already purchased their ticket, Thank You for committing to be part of our annual event. If you choose to donate your ticket purchase as a charitable gift, we will issue a charitable gift receipt for the full ticket price. If you would prefer a full or partial refund, please contact admin@ahbainbridge.org.

We’re so sad the event we were all looking forward to will not take place – mostly because it’s such a fun opportunity to meet and thank you in person!  But… the show will go on in a re-imagined capacity. As you may be aware, it’s our largest fundraiser of the year and we were counting on raising funds this year for our three pillars of activity:  Public Art, Arts and Education, and Currents.

We’re hopeful you’ll still be able to help us meet our goal and lessen the impact of the pandemic on our mission, and allow us to respond to increased service demands and to set up new initiatives during these extraordinary times. Your continued support now will make a huge difference to those who rely on us.

In the coming weeks, we’re planning to start a silent auction. This silent auction will be held online on our website and will feature the works of local artists. Stay tuned.

Again, thank you for your generous heart and kind understanding. We’ll stay in touch and keep you regularly updated.

Stay safe, until we can meet again,

AHB Board of Directors
