IslandWood Afternoon on the Trails

Have lunch at the Bird Blind and observe waterfowl and other wildlife, visit our treehouses, and climb the Canopy Tower to get an eagle’s view of the surrounding forest. Don’t forget to visit Mac’s Pond to scout for osprey’s before they migrate south in October!

Our wonderful docents will be on the trails to answer questions you might have about our campus, its history, and any natural discoveries you have. We’ll have maps for you and will be happy to suggest a route suitable for your group size, abilities and interests.
