Fundamentals of Landscape Painting: Plein Air & Studio with Scott Gellatly

Dive into the art of landscape painting in this 3-day workshop which will combine online group and one-on-one instruction.Scott will discuss the fundamentals to create successful landscape paintings – from site selection, to composition and color-mixing.

This workshop will be held online via Zoom, with presentations, live demonstrations and group discussions. The second day of the workshop will be reserved for plein air painting, with one-one-one instructional sessions scheduled throughout the day.

We will reconvene on Zoom on the third day to review the plein air paintings and discuss the transition from plein air to the studio.
