Eagle Harbor Hosts Book Fair for Magnolia Forest Preschool

Eagle Harbor Book Co. is proud to host a Book Fair benefiting Magnolia Forest Preschool on April 17, 2024 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. During the fair, Eagle Harbor Book Co. will donate 20% of all sales to Magnolia. So come to the fair and purchase those new titles you’ve been dying to read, and perhaps a few of Eagle Harbor Book Co.’s famously curated gifts that you can’t find anywhere else — knowing that your purchases are supporting the kids in our community!

About Magnolia Forest Preschool:  At seven unique campuses across Sequim, Lynnwood, Bainbridge, Port Orchard, and Poulsbo, Washington, Magnolia children learn rain and shine. Preschool (ages 2.5-5) and Waldkinder (ages 5-8) programs meet September through June. We welcome lots of new friends at our summer camps, too! The forest is where we do most of our playing, learning, loving, laughing, and crying. The children are encouraged to use what they find in creative and imaginative ways. Having the freedom to use any of the materials how they want sets the stage for both dramatic and physical play. We have attempted to create a place where the children are jointly in control of the activities, arrangement, and use of the forest as their space. There is power in being in charge of your day and Magnolia provides children with this unique opportunity. Our goal is the fostering of problem-solving skills, risk-taking, thinking, creating, having wonderful ideas and pursuing those ideas to their fullest.
