Bainbridge Open Mic at BARN (BOMB!)

We’re excited to offer Open Mic for poets of all experience levels to read their work to an appreciative audience. This is a great opportunity to reach new readers and meet people who love words as much as you do. It takes courage to share your work with others. Be brave!

Open to the public, and everyone is welcome (Ages 14 and up.) No need to register in advance. Signup for the open mic will start at 6:45 pm at BARN. Poets will be asked to keep their readings to three minutes or less.

Featured Reader: Holly Hughes is the author of four poetry collections. Her fine-art chapbook “Passings” received an American Book Award in 2017. She has taught at Pacific Lutheran University’s MFA program as well as at the North Cascades Institute,  Fishtrap, Litfuse, and Centrum. Currently, she is co-publisher of Empty Bowl Press.
