This workshop is designed for people who want to maintain or improve their balance, reduce their risk of falling, gain confidence, and optimize mobility. You will learn gentle yoga and balance poses in addition to learning how your body maintains balance, how aging can impact balance, how to safely get up if a fall does occur, and strategies to maintain safety in your home. No previous yoga experience required. Space is limited.
